We use the highest quality European milk chocolates, fresh produce, premium spices, fine liqueurs and heavy cream in our milk chocolate truffles. Most of our milk chocolate truffles will have a dark chocolate coating which creates a nice balance between the sweetness of milk chocolate and the rich slightly bitter flavor of dark chocolate. We don't add any sugar or preservatives to our milk chocolate truffles and are best enjoyed fresh.
