The new product line evolved from our very popular Lavender Caramel with Hawaiian Sea Salt Chocolate. We wanted to offer a caramel collection with unique powerful flavors that can be enjoyed by chocolate lovers of all ages. The Dulce de Leche Collection contains no alcohol, artificial flavors or preservatives. Each chocolate is hand made in small batches using only the highest quality blended European chocolates, natural flavors, and premium herbs and spices.

The Dulce de Leche Chocolate Collection is shelf stable and does not
require refrigeration. However, like all fresh chocolates, they are

The Fat Turkey Chocolate Company of Austin produces fine hand made chocolate truffles, gourmet chocolate Passion Café flavored coffee beans, pomegranate and French Cognac marinated maraschino cherries, chocolate sauces, chocolate caramel corn, caramels, chocolate barks, and other products. We use only the finest liqueurs, spices, and fine European chocolates. We normally have 6-10 chocolate truffles in dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate. We also now have 72% cacao extra dark chocolate truffles. We will be expanding our product line to include organic chocolate truffles over the next few months.
At Flora and Fauna you can also shop for estate wines, floral arrangements, gourmet foods, wedding and event planning, catering, and gifts.
