| One dozen of our handmade gourmet truffles with a milk chocolate and Anisette Liqueur ganache and a dark chocolate coating in a gift box. Anisette (also anis) is an anise-flavored liqueur which is mainly consumed and very popular in in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Anisette Liqueur is sweeter than most anise-flavored liqueurs (such as pastis), and also has a lower alcohol content (typically 25% by volume, versus 40%). Like pastis, it was first created to replace absinthe. |
