Most of our fine gourmet truffles fit into the dark chocolate category. Most of our truffles will contain several types and brands of chocolates from European chocolates, South American Chocolates, and Organic Fair Trade Chocolates. The truffles in the dark chocolate truffle category are made entirely with dark chocolate or primarily of dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate also known as semi sweet chocolate is slightly bitter and semi sweet which makes it enjoyable to chocolate lovers from all sides of the spectrum from the sweet white chocolate lover to the extra dark chocolate lover who enjoys the darkest chocolates.

Each of our gourmet chocolate truffles are scooped and dipped by hand. All of our chocolate ganaches are made in small batches of only 2 lbs. When your place your order, your order will be made. We have zero products in storage except during holidays, we will stock up to supply the demand for our chocolates.
