Fat Turkey Chocolate Handling and Allergy Information

Handling:
All of our Fat Turkey Chocolate Truffles are made with fresh cream, Belgian chocolate, fine liqueurs, and fresh spices. None of our products contain preservatives. Our truffles should be stored in a cool dry place and should be fresh for two weeks.

Fat Turkey Chocolate Truffles can also be refrigerated. Refrigerate in an air tight container to prevent odors from seeping into the chocolate. To optimize the flavor, please allow the truffles to return to room temperature (around 10 -15 minutes) before enjoying.

Nut Allergies: 
Anyone with nut allergies should avoid all of our products.  There are nuts in most of our products and probably trace elements of nuts in products that do not contain nuts.  If you would like to purchase any of our products without nuts, please contact our customer service department.

Liqueur or Liqours:
Most of our gourmet chocolate truffles contain liquor or liqueurs and may not be appropriate for everyone to enjoy. All of our truffles and other products can be made without liquor upon request.
